Silos, Tanks, Bins, Hoppers
m-tec CZ, s.r.o. company has been producing silos and bins since its establishment in 1993. At that time a main part of the production schedule had been creating by production of transport silos for dry building bulk materials. In the process, the production programm has been extended by production of all common used steel silos of small volume as well as high-capacity silos of volume up to 250 cbm. According to customer needs we have been designing and producing a wide variety of special silos, bins and hoppers of different shape and volume, including pressurized silos and pressure vessels.
Achieving of top production and welding approvals, together with observing of all latest environmental rules, qualifies us to manufacture silos from different kinds of steel for different operation conditions. We are able to manage ourself a complete production technology including a steel plate shaping, plasma cutting, sand blasting, painting, as well as a pressure and penetration testing.
The silos and bins, in various forms, remain one of wing m-tec product. Thanks to longtime experiences in silo development and production we manage very well dealing with troubles of storage and emptying even of specific problematic materials. Each silo is designed exactly to a concrete material to be ensured reliable operation and handling without an arching and plugging of the material.
Stationary Silos
are basic storage unit of dry bulk materials in technological installations. They are most often use for storage of raw materials for production of dry building mixtures, other bulk products, chemicals or solid fuels.

The stationary silos are designed for concrete using according to customer setting, including documentation and static calculation. The silos are delivered as a separately workable device including safety equipment and various accessories. They can have own base or can be placed on a steel frame as underpassing dispatch silos, storage silos inside hall, or as weighted silos placed on tenziometers.

Transport Silos
are an effective and proved logistic component in transport of dry building mixtures from producer to user. There are produced different types of silo draw loading systems and various silo volumes. The silos can be made as a standard with gravity emptying, or as a pressurized vessel with emptying under pressure.

Homogenization silos
are intended for homogenization of bulk material mixtures of similar characteristics and granity. E.g. crushed recycled plastic materials, feed mixtures etc.
The homogenization silo consists of cylindrical bin and screw conveyor, placed vertically inside in axis of the silo. This screw ensures continuous circulation of material through the silo and proper mixing. Besides the homogenization, the silo perfoms standard function of a storage stationary silo with connected transport or dosing device.
Special Silos, Hoppers and Tanks
are designed in accordance with concrete requirements and materials. Our product range includes also many types of hoppers, slides, bins and tanks used as screw conveyors hoppers, undergorund bins including emptying device, slide tracks, tanks for liquids, pressurized vessels and many others.

Underpassing Silos and Frames
Underpassing silo is standard stationary silo placed on steel construction which allows underpassing of a truck, tank or wagon below the silo so that a material could be dispatched directly through a slide or telescopic nozzle. Mostly there is this technological set combined with weighing system continuosly recording an amount of dispatched material.
