Dry Mix Production

The m-tec CZ, s.r.o. has been delivering technological devices for modification, production, transport and handling of dry bulk materials and mixtures for more than 30 years. That is particularly drying, sorting and storage of source raw materials of different fractions, aditives and dyes, their transport to intended units, gravimetric or volumetric dosing, mixing, and their subsequent stocking, transport or packing.

The supply also includes design of a technological process, elaboration of a project documentation, frame and silo static analysis, wiring system plan and control system together with visualization of a whole unit.

Sewerage Plants

Concerning the technologies for Water Treatment Stations - Sewerage Plants, there is the m-tec CZ focused mainly to dosing and dissolving of bulk agents for chemical water treatment processing, and to handling, treatment and storage of a sludge.

Dosing and Dissolving Units

The m-tec CZ supplies units for storage and dosing of chemical agents for water treatment (lime, active carbon). These units (lines) consist of storage silos, subsequent transport and dosing units (dosing screw conveyors, microdosing screws, weight or volumetric dosers), and of dissolving tanks equipped by blenders.

These units are especially intended for transport and dosing of:
  • agents for treatment of acidity
  • flocculants
  • filtration media

Sludge treatment and logistics

Our products find also use in logistic tracks for dehydrated sludge, and mainly special modified silos are suitable storage devices with guaranteed emptying process. Continuous mixing devices, in combination with bulk material doser, are suitable for sludge sanitation process by lime.

Solid Fuels Handling

Storage and transport equipment from m-tec are also suitable for feeding of caldrons or storage and transport of solid fuels. The devices allow dose pellets, wooden chips, coal, and by means of a special screw conveyor design also bigger chippings, directly into caldrons both in industry and in home use. The devices can be also delivered with ATEX certificate for use for explosive materials. Of course in this case there is necessary safety equipment installed. That product category contains also devices for chips and dust air conduit, their filtration, storage and discharge.

Cereals and Feeds Storage

Our products find wide use as well in sphere of agriculture and farming. An example of this can be our offer of storage bins for feeding mixtures, granules, corn or cereals, including a hand or pneumatic silo feeding. Here too a design can be customized according to a specific conditions of storaged material, space, customer needs etc.

Storage and Dispatch Units

Individual parts of our technological lines can be used in many branches. One of them is a device for storage and dispatch of bulk material. There are especially stationary silos, placed on the steel frame which allows direct material dispatch into tanks, trucks, wagons etc. The emptying can be realized through a telescopic spout from underpassing silos, or by a system of screw conveyors. High design variabilty allows to choose any suitable device arrangement, silos can be heat insulated, placed on load cells for a system of prompt measuring of weight-shortage etc. There is possible to store and dispatch any kind of standard bulk materials as well as food, mixtures, briquettes, sludge, and many others.

Cooling Systems

A part of technological unit there is also an offer of industry cooling systems for different cooling media. A project work contains a design of piping line, cooling medium reservoirs, heat exchangers and pumps. The cooling system can be designed as a standard, or pressurized with expansion tank, always to comply with all customer requirements.
