m-tec CZ, s.r.o. is Czech company settled in Zlín - CZ, founded in 1993 as subsidiary of German mother company m-tec mathis technik gmbh named SILOsystem, in January 2008 renamed to m-tec CZ. Nowadays m-tec is member of the Saint – Gobain group. Besides the headquarter in Zlín m-tec CZ owns another factory in Ostrov nad Ohří founded 1999, specialized for refurbishment of silos and application machines.
In m-tec’s own design department we design and develop products meeting the highest customer’s requirements. Our production plants are equipped with modern technologies for processing, welding, assembly and surface treatment of our products.
Export
m-tec CZ is predominantly oriented on west European and east European markets. However, our products are as well being used in many countries of the northern and southern America, Asia and Africa.
Legislation and quality management
Besides assuring the customer’s satisfaction, the company’s main focus is observation of all valid laws and technical regulations. In the history of m-tec CZ we have obtained series of attestations and certificates for pressure vessel production. Since 1999 we hold the quality management system certificate ISO 9001:1994 and after recertification audit in 2002 the quality management system certificate ISO 9001:2000. The quality management system has been further recertified in 2005 and 2008.
All our products are going through strict quality checks before dispatch.
Environmental protection
In our modern surface treatment facility we use only environmentally friendly aqueous paints.
Main products and services
Since 1994 the main business of the m-tec CZ was production of transport silos for storage and transport of dry mortar products. Subsequently, the range of products widened to stationery silos, screw conveyors and dosing systems. Naturally, we deliver as well all kinds of silo equipment such as emergency slides, flaps, filters, pressure relief valves, level sensors, aeration systems, bin activators, vibrators, etc. Significant part of our business are plants for production and handling of dry building mortars.
Product’s application
Transport silos, stationary silos, screw conveyors, dosing systems and mixing plants are mainly used for storage, transport, dosing and mixing of dry building materials in production facilities as well as in job site processing.
