Company Profile

m-tec CZ, s. r.o. (limited company) is a Czech company with headquarters in Zlin. It was established in 1993 as an affiliated company of the German company, m-tec mathis technik gmbh and it currently belongs to the Heidelberger group. In addition to the production plant in Zlin, m-tec CZ also owns a plant in Ostrov nad Ohri, opened in 1999, which is focused above all on the renovation of silos and mixing equipment. The company employs approximately 170 employees in its plants.

Products complying with the most demanding customer requirements are developed in the company's own design department. Our plants are equipped with the latest technologies for preparation, welding, assembly and surface finishing of our products.

Basic Line and Services

Production of transport silos for storage and transport of dry bulk materials has been the principal activity of the company since 1994. The production program has been extended progressively by a range of stationary silos, worm conveyors and dosing systems. Complete accessories for silos such as slide gates and flaps, filters, overpressure and under-pressure valves, level sensors, air purification, vibration bottoms, vibrators, etc., comprise standard parts of deliveries. Production of mixing and transport equipment for processing dry building mixtures represents an important share of company activities.

Utilization of Our Products

Transport silos, stationary silos, worm conveyors, dosing systems and mixing equipment are primarily for storage, transport, dosing and mixing of dry building materials and ready-made mixtures, both in the production plants for such mixtures and when processing them at construction sites.

Export

m-tec CZ is focused in the field of export above all to Western European and East European markets. The products of our company also find application in the countries of North and South America, Asia and Africa.

Legislation and Quality Management

n addition to satisfying customer requirements, observance of all legal regulations and technical standards represents a top priority of the company m-tec CZ. Over the years, m-tec CZ has obtained a number of authorizations and certificates for production of pressure vessels. We obtained an ISO 9001:2000 certificate in April, 2003. All products are subjected to thorough dispatch inspections.

Environmental Protection

Environmentally-friendly, water soluble paints are used in modern painting lines.
