Bulk handling technology

The company m-tec CZ, s.r.o. is a reputable supplier of equipment and plants for bulk solids processing. Our main competence lies in mixing, dosing, transportation, silage and storage of dry bulk materials.

Silos and bins

Transport silos for transport and storage of dry bulk solids and mixtures with capacities 6 – 22,5cbm, pressureless or as 2 bar pressure vessels by default.

Mainly used transport systems: chain system, m-tec silo pocket system, container lifting system.

Besides standard types of transport silos we are able to produce silos in different capacities or pressure variants according to your needs, based on particular demand.

Stationary silos used as storage reservoirs of dry bulk solids or mixtures. These silos are designed according to particular customer’s demand in capacities from ca. 1cbm, manufactured from standard structural steel, stainless steel or special wear resistant steel. Silos are supplied with static calculation and complete safety equipment, possibly also with discharging equipment.

Screw conveyors

We produce several different types of screw conveyors for transport and dosing of solid bulks with different mechanical properties or grain size. For each application based on particular inquiry we design “tailor made” conveyors

Closure components

To control free falling stream of materials we produce many closing or distributing elements actuated manually, pneumatically or electrically.
