All technological lines and units can be equipped by own control system, from simple electric cabinet up to integrated, fully automatic systems with a visualization of all processes.

Tensiometric Weighing and Dosing

Thanks to years-proved dosing algorithms there are the gravimetric scaling form m-tec, in connection with dosing screw conveyors, one of the most accurate dosing system on the market. The dosing system control can be separately implemented into an existing control system in case of its extending.

The m-tec Control System contains administration of whole production units including visualization.

Software Evaluation, Visualization

Each control system is designed according to requirements and needs of a customer. The SW is created directly by our developing team in m-tec Zlin so that it can be modified any time on a base of customer requirements or technology changes. A part of the control system there is also possible visualization of the whole technology for perfect overview and easy controls.

Supply of Hardware Equipment

There is also the HW design and supply adapted to customer requirements and needs. A technology can be controlled either automatically, without control checking, or parametrically, when there is a chance for any setting of control system parameters, change of batches, recipes etc. To these needs there is set a HW too, whether it is an automatic unit or sophisticated PLC with a touch panel. New SW can be set without any problem to implementing of new devices into a existing technology or to extending of a current system by new components.

Remote Controls and Access

There is option to extend the controls by others components which make the control easier, and which allow an easy remote access to data describes a line operation, number of batches, recipes, time etc. The control system can be managed via modem access, the system also can be sending a required operation information to your e-mail, web etc.

Electrical Installation

The design, production and overhaul of all electrical equipment is an obvious part of our supply. There are e.g. switches, relays, frequency convertors, motor starters, complete electrical cabinets, breakers, as well as an expert overhaul of all produced electrical installations.
